Welcome to Wildcat Creek Recreation Area! We are
located on the Blood River inlet of Kentucky Lake, just 10 minutes
from Murray, Kentucky. We are open March 15 - October 31.
Wildcat Creek is a campground and
day use area all in one place.
We have 54 campsites with water and electric hook ups.
Bathhouses are on site as well as dump stations.
Our beautiful sandy beach is a great place to relax and swim.
The day use area is also great for family reunions, office cookouts,
or just a bunch of friends getting together.
If you are a boater, whether for fishing, tubing, or water skiing,
you have come to the right place. Wildcat Creek has two public
concrete boat ramps adjacent to the day use and
campground areas.
Wildcat Creek, located on Blood River, provides some of the best
bass and crappie fishing in the United States!
